History

In Nature Fitness was incorporated October 2006 by Megan Sullivan, CPT.
The first class was held in January 2007 @ Tyler State Park in Newtown Pa.
Since that time, thousands of women have found the secret to whole body health/wellness, getting fit, but staying fit, and developing a lifelong love of health/fitness! ( yes, even those who loathed the thought of it!)
Those who have struggled long with keeping consistent with a fitness program, now feel they have a much more positive view of fitness and look forward to showing up!
